What this community supports
Responsible dog ownership, responsible breeding, open discussion, education, satire, humour and honest debate. Disagreement is part of the dog world.
Legitimate dog talk stays up
Words like breeding, puppies, stud, mating, litters and dog shows are normal vocabulary here. Content is never removed simply for using them.
What is not allowed
Harassment, threats, doxxing, animal cruelty, deliberate misinformation about health or welfare, scams and impersonation.
Transparency over labels
We do not declare who is or isn't an 'ethical breeder'. Breeders can voluntarily publish health testing, pedigrees, registration and breed-club information, and we badge what is actually provided.
Reporting and moderation
Anyone can report a post, listing or profile. Reports go to a moderation queue and are reviewed against these rules. Actions are based on the stated rules, not on mood.
Your control
You choose what your profile shows publicly, what contact details appear on listings, and who you block or mute.
